Now that I am retired, and consider myself a well-seasoned individual, I have time to reflect on my past and the present. This series of short posts will look at the way things once were many years ago. And let those of younger generations compare what once was and what is.

You know you are getting old when you can recall when a postage stamp cost 3 cents.
