My reluctant readers,
Soon your reluctance will change; I hope.
My novel, New Moon Rising, will appear early next year. It was selected for publication by Midnight Showcase which will soon morph into Mélange Books.
I thought I’d share with you the book cover.

Neat cover! Who designed it? And how much of a say did you have in choosing it? Can’t wait to see the finished product!

Hi Sherrie,
I had total control in designing the cover. I’m glad you like it. The publisher had me go to a website with tons of photos and drawings and I chose one. Then, with the great help of a staff member, I think they have two working on covers, I suggested changes and you see the finished product.
So far, I can say this publisher, Melange Books, is awesome.

I didn’t think authors usually have any input for the cover. How nice that this publisher lets you do that! Lucky you!
